Summer Time is a fine time for Tower Power and Tower Stretch!  Small group format with seven maximum per class, Tower Power offers an athletic cardio workout with upper and lower body strength training. Heavier spring tension challenges glutes, inner thighs, and hamstrings. For an emphasis in stretching the upper, mid, and lower back, along with the back chain of the legs, check out the Tower Stretch class!
